jiliph9 Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply throughout this document and any supplementary documents incorporated by reference herein:

• "jiliph9," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of the jiliph9.net platform and all associated services.
• "Platform" means the jiliph9.net website, all game interfaces, the cashier system, customer support channels, and any other services provided by jiliph9.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the total Philippine Peso (₱) amount held in a Player's Account at any given time, including both real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins value, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under a jiliph9 promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked on eligible games before any winnings derived from those funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" or "Know Your Customer" means the identity and age verification process jiliph9 uses to confirm a Player's identity, age, and payment method ownership.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for regulating gaming activities in the Philippines.

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager on jiliph9, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and jiliph9 with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind relating to the subject matter hereof.

jiliph9 reserves the right to decline registration or suspend access to any person at its sole discretion, including where access may conflict with applicable laws in the Player's jurisdiction of residence.

Use of the jiliph9 Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during their use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, in accordance with the age restriction applicable to casino-style gambling under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.
• You are a resident of or are physically located in a jurisdiction where access to online gambling services is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You have not previously been excluded or self-excluded from jiliph9 or been identified as a problem gambler under any responsible gaming program.
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, or officer of jiliph9, nor are you an immediate family member of such a person.

By completing the registration process, you represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements listed above. Providing false information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of jiliph9 services, you must create a registered Account. The following conditions apply to the registration process and the ongoing maintenance of your Account:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active Account on jiliph9. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts.
• Accurate Information: You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and contact details. This information must be kept up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
• Account Currency: All jiliph9 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). No multi-currency options are available. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are transacted in PHP.
• Non-Transferability: Your Account is personal to you. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any rights or entitlements attached to it to any third party.
• Corporate Accounts: Accounts may only be registered by natural persons. Registration on behalf of a company, trust, partnership, or other legal entity is not permitted.

jiliph9 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any Account at any time. Failure to cooperate with verification requests within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension pending resolution.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. jiliph9 will never ask you for your password through any communication channel.

• You must use a strong, unique password for your jiliph9 Account and must not reuse passwords from other platforms.
• You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity conducted through your Account, whether authorized by you or not, is your responsibility.
• You must notify jiliph9 support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.
• jiliph9 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your credentials, except where such loss results directly from jiliph9's own negligence or breach.

All financial transactions on jiliph9 are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

6.1 Deposits

• jiliph9 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, InstaPay, PesoNet, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. Available methods may vary and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the cashier section at the time of deposit.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
• jiliph9 does not accept deposits made with funds derived from illegal activities. Attempting to deposit such funds constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and may be reported to relevant authorities.

6.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals are subject to successful KYC verification. jiliph9 may require government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Processing times vary by payment method. jiliph9 targets withdrawal processing within the timeframes stated in the cashier, but these timeframes are indicative and not guaranteed in all cases.
• jiliph9 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of fraud, compliance, or responsible gaming reviews.

6.3 Dormant Accounts

An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, or wager). jiliph9 may apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. Players will be notified before any fee is applied.

jiliph9 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless explicitly stated otherwise in the individual promotion's specific terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• Wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds (where applicable to sportsbook promotions), expiry dates, and maximum bonus conversion limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Players are responsible for reading these terms before opting in.
• jiliph9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not unfairly affect Players who have already opted in and begun satisfying wagering requirements in good faith.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to match-betting across multiple platforms, exploiting errors, using prohibited software, coordinating with other Players to reduce risk, or placing bets that contradict the spirit of a promotion — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and any winnings derived from them, and may result in Account suspension.
• jiliph9 reserves the right to request evidence of genuine play before releasing any bonus-related winnings to a Player's withdrawable Balance.

jiliph9 offers a range of games including JILI slots, live dealer casino games, sportsbook wagering, fishing games, and Filipino card games such as Tongits Go. The following conditions apply to all gaming activity on the Platform:

• Each game type is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface or the relevant game information section of the Platform. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any game before participating.
• All slot and RNG-based games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are determined at the moment of play and are not influenced by previous outcomes, Account status, or any other external factor.
• Live dealer games are operated by third-party providers and are subject to the game rules published by those providers in addition to jiliph9's own terms.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or disconnection during play, jiliph9 will make reasonable efforts to resolve the matter fairly. However, jiliph9 cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and shall not be liable for losses caused by technical failures beyond its reasonable control.
• The settlement of sportsbook bets is based on official results from recognized governing bodies. In-play odds are subject to change in real time, and bets accepted are at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement.
• jiliph9 reserves the right to void any bet or game result where evidence of cheating, data corruption, pricing errors, or rule violations is identified.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiliph9 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering multiple Accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account-per-person rule.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC verification, or at any other stage of your relationship with jiliph9.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or game malfunctions for financial gain. Players who identify such issues are required to report them to support immediately rather than exploiting them.
• Engaging in money laundering or using the Platform in any way that facilitates the conversion of illegally obtained funds into legitimate currency.
• Colluding with other Players in multiplayer games, including Tongits Go or other card game formats, to gain an unfair advantage over non-colluding participants.
• Harassment, threatening behavior, or abusive communication directed at jiliph9 staff, support agents, or other Players.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by law without disclosing this to jiliph9.

All content on the jiliph9 Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data compilations, audio, video, and the overall design and layout of the Platform, is the intellectual property of jiliph9 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform or its content for commercial purposes.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to derive source code from any software component of the Platform.
• Remove, alter, or obscure any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror the Platform or any portion thereof on any other website or application without express written consent from jiliph9.

Any unauthorized use of jiliph9's intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to civil or criminal liability.

jiliph9 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the Platform is used for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and improving the Platform experience. jiliph9 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties for commercial marketing purposes.

jiliph9 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. The following responsible gaming tools and policies are available to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Once set, limits take effect immediately and may only be increased after a cooling-off period of at least 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session time reminders that notify them when they have been playing for a specified duration.
• Loss Limits: Players may set limits on the amount they are permitted to lose within a defined period.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request a self-exclusion period of between 6 months and 5 years. During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and they will be blocked from re-registering. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of receipt.
• Reality Checks: Players may set periodic on-screen reminders displaying the duration of their current session and their net gaming result for that session.

jiliph9 reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any Account where there is reasonable cause to believe that a Player may be engaging in gambling that is beyond their means or contrary to their welfare, including in cases flagged by PAGCOR or recognized responsible gaming programs.

jiliph9 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a requested timeframe.
• Engagement in any form of prohibited conduct as described in Section 9.
• Receipt of a court order, law enforcement request, or regulatory instruction requiring suspension or closure of the Account.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity.
• Reasonable determination that continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the Player's welfare under responsible gaming considerations.

Where an Account is terminated due to a Player's breach of these Terms, any Balance remaining in the Account may be forfeited. Where termination is initiated by jiliph9 for operational reasons unrelated to Player misconduct, any verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player's nominated payment method after applicable checks are complete.

Players who wish to close their own Account voluntarily may do so by contacting jiliph9 support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jiliph9 shall not be liable for any of the following, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, statutory duty, or otherwise:

• Any loss of profit, revenue, business, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature.
• Losses arising from temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failures, or events beyond jiliph9's reasonable control (including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, telecommunications failures, or acts of government).
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the confidentiality of their Account credentials.
• Losses arising from a Player's access to the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited.

Where jiliph9's liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable Philippine law, its aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the greater of (a) the net deposits made by that Player in the 30 days preceding the incident, or (b) ₱5,000.

Nothing in these Terms limits jiliph9's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own gross negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties irrevocably agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or their subject matter or formation.

jiliph9 operates in compliance with PAGCOR regulations governing online gaming in the Philippines. Players who have unresolved complaints relating to the fairness of game outcomes or the conduct of jiliph9 may escalate their complaints to PAGCOR through the appropriate regulatory channels after exhausting jiliph9's internal dispute resolution process.

jiliph9 reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be accessible on this page, and the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document will reflect the date of the most recent revision.

For material changes that significantly affect Player rights or obligations, jiliph9 will provide advance notice through in-platform notifications, email communication to the address registered on your Account, or both. The notice period for material changes will be no less than 7 days prior to the effective date of the amendment, except where a shorter period is required by law or regulatory instruction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13.
